Homeless Micheal Gets his Christmas Wish.
Whitney, herself a survivor of domestic abuse, founded Thrift It Atlanta with a vision to create a supportive community for individuals facing similar challenges, as well as those experiencing homelessness in Alpharetta and the Metro Atlanta. Driven by compassion and a deep sense of empathy, Whitney recognized the urgent need for resources and support systems to help those in crisis. She established Thrift It Atlanta as a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services such as shelter, food, clothing, and counseling. Whitney’s personal experiences have fueled her commitment to fostering deliberate relationships and community engagement, inspiring others to join in the effort to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. Through her leadership, Thrift It Atlanta has become a beacon of hope and a vital resource for many in the community.
